M S Mondays, at the Y.M.C.A. in Hanley

(For people with Multiple Sclerosis and their carers)
MS Mondays is now into its 3rd year and is continuing to be of benefit to all who attend.
The main emphasis has always been on exercise and the pieces of equipment we have enable even the most physically challenged to get some benefit.
The activities are a bonus and I hope, help to make the day an enjoyable experience. Along with the handicrafts and feel good sessions our latest addition has been the introduction of Reiki which seems to be going down well.
Last year has been quite eventful but we have managed to carry on as the YMCA continues to work on the new extension. Hopefully we will be using parts of the new layout before the next AGM
Thank you again for supporting me in what I feel is a weekly tonic in the management of MS and don’t forget if you haven’t joined us yet it only takes one visit to be part of our group.
